Freshness & Roasting
Coffee is roasted in small batches in Kyle, Texas.
Orders typically ship within 1–3 days of roasting to ensure peak freshness.
Whole beans stay fresh longer and allow you to grind exactly what you need for each brew.
For best flavor, store coffee in a cool, dry place in an airtight container and enjoy within 3–4 weeks of roasting.
Should coffee be stored in the refrigerator or freezer?
We do not recommend storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer. Coffee absorbs moisture and odors easily, which can affect flavor.
For best results, keep beans sealed in an airtight container in a pantry or cabinet and grind just before brewing.

Because we roast in small batches, orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. In some cases, orders may ship after the next roasting day to ensure freshness.
We offer free local delivery in Kyle and Buda, typically within 1–2 days of ordering unless the item is backordered.
Orders over $60 ship free within the continental United States.
