Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Overland Roast.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
If an item is temporarily out of stock and available for backorder, it will be shipped after our next roast day. We roast in small batches and ship orders as soon as fresh coffee becomes available.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Shipping Delays
Overland Roast is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at overlandroast@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
