Refund policy
Because our coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on opened bags of coffee.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of deliveryand we will make it right.
For unopened merchandise (such as brewing gear or accessories), returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
